About the Position
Coastal Beach Cleans is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team. We provide professional cleaning services for vacation rentals, beach homes, condominiums, and short-term rental properties throughout the Grand Strand.
As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every property is spotless, comfortable, and ready for arrival. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value reliability, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough turnover cleanings between guest stays.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Remove used linens and towels and prepare beds with fresh linens.
- Restock guest amenities if requested.
- Photograph completed cleanings and document the condition of the property upon request.
- Report missing items, property damage, maintenance concerns, plumbing issues, electrical issues, or other problems immediately to management.
- Tidy outdoor spaces, including patios, entryways, and outdoor furniture as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience in vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, hospitality, or residential cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone with internet access for reporting, communication, and checklists.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Basic Cleaning Supplies Required
- Working vacuum that can also be used for stairs and furniture
- Mop and bucket
- Cleaning cloths and microfiber cloths
- Window cleaner
- Paper towels
- Small to large trash bags
- Clorox Bleach Spray
- All-purpose cleaner
- Furniture polish
- Window/mirror squeegee optional
- Extra spray bottles as needed
Schedule Requirements
Vacation rental turnovers often occur on weekends, making Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability essential. Candidates must be able to work efficiently within strict guest check-out and check-in timeframes.
